OBRASCI UVERENJA O KRETANJU ROBE EUR.1 I ZAHTEVA ZA IZDAVANJE UVERENJA O KRETANJU ROBE EUR.1

Uputstvo za štampanje:

1. Svaki formular će biti 210 x 297 milimetara; može se dopustiti odstupanje od minus 5 mm ili plus 8 mm po dužini. Mora se koristiti beli papir, prilagođen za pisanje, bez mehaničke pulpe i težine ne manje od 25 g/m2. Na pozadini će biti otisnut zeleni "guilloche" uzorak, što omogućuje da bilo kakvo krivotvorenje mehaničkim ili hemijskim sredstvima bude uočljivo.

2. Nadležni organi Strana ugovornica mogu zadržati pravo štampanja uverenja ili taj posao mogu poveriti ovlašćenoj štampariji. U poslednjem slučaju, svaki formular mora sadržati belešku o takvom ovlašćenju. Svaki formular mora imati odštampan naziv i adresu štamparije ili znak po kome štamparija može biti prepoznata. Takođe će imati serijski broj, štampan ili ne, na osnovu koga se može prepoznati.

NOTES

1. Certificate must not contain erasures or words written over one another. Any alterations must be made by deleting the incorrect particulars and adding any necessary corrections. Any such alteration must be initialled by the person who completed the certificate and endorsed by the Customs authorities of the issuing country or territory.

2. No spaces must be left between the items entered on the certificate and each item must be preceded by an item number. A horizontal line must be drawn immediately below the last item. Any unused space must be struck through in such a manner as to make any later additions impossible.

3. Goods must be described in accordance with commercial practice and with sufficient detail to enable them to be identified.

ZAJEDNIČKA DEKLARACIJA

Strane ugovornice vršiće nužne izmene Protokola II o pravilima o poreklu robe, u skladu sa Protokolom 3 za primenu odredbi Sporazuma o stabilizaciji i pridruživanju između Evropske zajednice i Republike Srbije.
